What's in It for You

Great time to join
In 2016 we divested from our former owner, and we now operate as a separate entity with private equity backing. We have the momentum of a respected brand and established partnerships. At the same time, we're still implementing structures and frameworks. If you have the entrepreneurial spirit we're looking for, you recognize the opportunities in this kind of environment.

Professional development
We know you'll bring strong experience, but the unique niche we're in means that there will plenty of new things to learn. You'll also exchange ideas and insights with key contacts in national retailers, major leagues and sports entertainment. We expect to continue on a strong growth trajectory, and you might set your career sights on a manager-level position.

Upbeat culture
The atmosphere at Mitchell & Ness is casual, but you'll find driven and results-oriented people here. We check our egos at the door and bring a sense of humor to the office. The atmosphere is friendly and open, and we place a high value on teamwork.

Customers love the Mitchell & Ness brand, as demonstrated by our long history of success.
